AIM Mobile App Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP OR SERVICES.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIM mobile application, related websites, software, content, analytics, artificial intelligence-enabled functionality, products and related services made available by AIMREL OPERATING COMPANY LTD, a private limited company incorporated and registered in Cyprus with company number HE 493752 whose registered office is at Strovolou 140, Strovolos, 2042, Nicosia, Cyprus (“AIM”, “we”, “us” or “our”) (together, the “Services”).
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you confirm that you:
- have read and understood these Terms;
- agree to be legally bound by them; and
- agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
If you are under the age required to independently consent to digital services under the laws of your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf and provide any consent required by applicable law before you use the Services.
These Terms apply together with:
- our Privacy Notice Privacy Policy and
- any additional terms, policies or guidelines which may apply to particular features, subscriptions, competitions, academy services, or functionality made available through the Services.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and any additional terms applying to a specific Service, the additional terms will apply to that specific Service to the extent of the conflict.
The Services may be made available through third-party platforms or app stores, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their separate terms and conditions.
The Services are intended to support football coaching, training, player development, performance analysis and related activities. Certain features may incorporate artificial intelligence, automated analysis, machine learning or evolving functionality. Outputs generated through the Services are provided for informational and assistive purposes only and do not replace professional coaching, medical, safeguarding, athletic, or supervisory judgement.
- Definitions
- In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
“Account” means a registered user account used to access or use the Services.
“Academy” means a football academy, club, school, organisation or other institutional customer using the Services under a separate business or academy agreement with AIM.
“Aggregated Data” means data, analytics, benchmarks, statistics or insights generated from use of the Services which do not identify an individual user.
“Community Guidelines” means AIM’s community standards, acceptable use rules and behavioural guidelines, as updated from time to time.
“Derived Data” means data, analytics, metrics, technical information, movement analysis, behavioural analysis, performance characteristics or related information generated, extracted or derived from User Content or use of the Services through operation of the Services or related technologies.
“Minor” means any individual under the age of 18 years old.
“Outputs” means analytics, statistics, reports, recommendations, visualisations, assessments, performance insights or other results generated through the Services, including through automated, artificial intelligence-enabled or machine-learning functionality.
“Platform IP” means all intellectual property rights in or relating to the Services, software, Outputs, analytics systems, artificial intelligence-enabled functionality, models, algorithms, interfaces, databases, methodologies, branding, documentation and related technologies owned or licensed by AIM.
“Privacy Notice” means AIM’s privacy notice explaining how personal data is collected, used, processed, stored and shared in connection with the Services.
“Services” means the AIM mobile application, related software, websites, analytics tools, AI-enabled functionality, content, features, products and related services made available by AIM from time to time.
“Subscription” means any paid, recurring, promotional, trial or subscription-based access to all or part of the Services.
“User Content” means any videos, images, footage, audio, comments, messages, data, materials, information or other content uploaded, submitted, posted, recorded, shared or otherwise provided by or on behalf of a user through the Services.
“Viruses” means malware, malicious code, spyware, ransomware, trojan horses, worms or other harmful or disruptive technology.
“We”, “us”, “our” or “AIM” means AIMREL OPERATING COMPANY LTD, being the provider of the Services.
“You” or “your” means the individual accessing or using the Services or, where applicable, the parent, guardian or authorised representative accepting these Terms on that individual’s behalf.
- Eligibility, Minors and Parental Consent
- To use the Services, you must:
- be legally permitted to agree to these Terms; and
- comply with any minimum age requirements applicable under the laws of your country of residence.
- The Services are intended for football players, coaches, academies, clubs, parents and related users involved in football training, coaching and performance development activities.
- If a user indicates during registration or onboarding that they are under the age at which they may independently consent to digital services under applicable law, AIM may require verifiable parental or guardian consent before the Account can be activated or used.
- As part of this process, AIM may request the email address or contact details of a parent or legal guardian in order to:
- notify the parent or guardian about the Minor’s request to use the Services;
- provide copies of these Terms and related privacy information;
- request, obtain and record parental or guardian consent; and
- carry out reasonable age, consent or account verification measures.
- Minor Accounts may remain restricted, suspended or inactive until the required parental or guardian consent process has been completed to AIM’s reasonable satisfaction.
- Parents or guardians providing consent:
- confirm that they have authority to provide consent on behalf of the Minor;
- agree to supervise the Minor’s use of the Services where required by applicable law;
- acknowledge the physical, online and content-related risks associated with use of the Services; and
- accept responsibility for supervising the Minor’s use of the Services and taking reasonable steps to ensure such use complies with these Terms and applicable law.
- AIM may rely on the information, confirmations and consents provided through the parental consent process unless AIM has reason to believe they are inaccurate, fraudulent or invalid.
- Parents, guardians and Academies are responsible for:
- supervising Minor users under their care or responsibility;
- ensuring that any use of the Services by Minors is appropriate and lawful;
- ensuring that all permissions, approvals and consents required for the Minor’s lawful use of the Services have been obtained and maintained, whether through AIM’s parental consent processes, directly from a parent or guardian, or through an Academy or other supervising organisation where applicable; and
- monitoring the Minor’s use of the Services, including any User Content uploaded through the Services.
- You must not:
- create an Account using false information;
- impersonate another person;
- create an Account for someone else without authority; or
- allow another person to use your Account in a manner which breaches these Terms.
- AIM may use age verification, age estimation, parental consent, account verification or related safety measures to support compliance with applicable law and safeguarding requirements.
- AIM reserves the right to:
- suspend, restrict or terminate any Account;
- remove or restrict access to any User Content; or
- request additional information, confirmations or parental consent, where AIM reasonably believes:
- a user does not meet applicable age requirements;
- parental consent required by law has not been obtained;
- the Services are being used inappropriately by or in relation to a Minor;
- safeguarding or safety concerns arise; or
- use of the Services may expose AIM, users or third parties to legal, regulatory, operational or safety risks.
- AIM does not supervise physical training activities, coaching sessions, drills, matches, or other real-world activities carried out by users, Academies or coaches. Responsibility for supervision, safeguarding, player welfare, training decisions and physical safety remains solely with the relevant parent, guardian, Academy, coach or supervising adult.
- If your Account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, safeguarding concerns, fraudulent activity, misuse of the Services, or failure to satisfy applicable age or consent requirements, you must not create another Account without AIM’s prior written permission.
- Accounts and Security
- You may be required to create an Account in order to access some or all of the Services.
- When creating an Account, you agree to:
- provide accurate, current and complete information;
- keep your Account information updated;
- maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and devices used to access the Services; and
- promptly notify AIM if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach relating to the Services.
- You are responsible for all activities carried out through your Account unless caused by AIM’s negligence or wilful misconduct.
- AIM may implement authentication, verification, moderation, fraud prevention, device monitoring, account recovery, security or access-control measures from time to time in order to:
- protect users and the Services;
- support safeguarding obligations;
- prevent fraud, abuse or unauthorised access; and
- comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements.
- Certain Accounts may be linked to, managed by, supervised by, or associated with an Academy, coach, parent, guardian or other supervising organisation. Where this applies:
- the relevant Academy or supervising party may have access to certain information, User Content, analytics or account-management functionality associated with the Account;
- the user acknowledges that certain aspects of the Services may be administered through the relevant Academy or organisation; and
- AIM may rely on permissions, instructions or account-management actions carried out by authorised Academy administrators or supervising parties in connection with the operation of the Services.
- AIM reserves the right to:
- refuse registration of any Account;
- restrict, suspend or terminate any Account;
- reclaim usernames;
- remove or restrict access to User Content; or
- require additional verification information,
where AIM reasonably believes it is necessary to protect users, the Services, or comply with applicable law or safeguarding requirements.
- You must not:
- share your login credentials with another person except where expressly permitted by the Services;
- access or attempt to access another user’s Account without authorisation;
- use another person’s identity, email address or information without permission;
- use the Services to impersonate another person or organisation; or
- attempt to bypass any security, authentication or access-control measures used by the Services.
- AIM does not guarantee that the Services will always be secure, uninterrupted or free from unauthorised access, cyberattacks, Viruses or other harmful activity. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security protections on devices, networks and accounts used in connection with the Services.
- Where AIM reasonably believes that an Account has been compromised, misused, accessed without authorisation, or used in breach of these Terms, AIM may suspend, restrict or disable access to the Account or parts of the Services without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services or third parties.
- Licence and Permitted Use of the Services
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AIM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence during the period of your authorised use of the Services to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial football training, coaching, development and related purposes, or where applicable, for the internal activities of an Academy or organisation authorised to use the Services.
- The Services are licensed and not sold. Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, AIM and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Services, Platform IP, software, analytics, Outputs, artificial intelligence systems, models, algorithms, interfaces, branding, content, documentation and related intellectual property rights.
- You must not, and must not permit any other person to:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, license, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or commercially exploit any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive source code, underlying models, algorithms or technical functionality from the Services except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
- access or use the Services in order to build, train, develop or support a competing product, service, model or platform;
- use the Services, Outputs, or related data for the purposes of training, fine-tuning, testing or developing artificial intelligence systems or machine-learning models;
- scrape, harvest, extract, automate access to, or collect data or content from the Services using bots, crawlers, scripts or other automated methods;
- interfere with, disrupt, damage, disable or compromise the operation, security or integrity of the Services;
- bypass or attempt to bypass any authentication, subscription, security or access-control measures used by the Services;
- use the Services in breach of applicable law, safeguarding obligations or third-party rights; or
- access or use the Services in any manner not expressly authorised by these Terms.
- AIM may update, modify, suspend, improve, remove or discontinue any part of the Services, functionality, features or content from time to time for operational, security, technical, commercial, legal or development purposes.
- Certain features, functionality, Outputs, integrations or content may only be available:
- on particular devices or operating systems;
- through specific Subscription tiers;
- in certain territories; or
- through Academy or organisation-linked accounts.
- The Services may include third-party software, integrations, content, services or links which are subject to separate third-party terms and conditions. AIM is not responsible for third-party services or content outside its reasonable control.
- You acknowledge that:
- the Services may evolve over time;
- certain functionality may be experimental, beta, AI-enabled or under development;
- Outputs may vary depending on user inputs, User Content, device quality, data quality and system configuration; and
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services is not guaranteed.
- AIM reserves the right to monitor use of the Services for security, fraud prevention, safeguarding, operational, support, analytics and compliance purposes in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
- User Content, Media Rights and AI Processing
- You retain ownership of any User Content that you upload, submit, post, record, transmit or otherwise make available through the Services, subject to the rights granted to AIM under these Terms.
- By uploading or making User Content available through the Services, you grant AIM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, process, analyse, modify, adapt, display, transmit and otherwise use such User Content:
- to provide, operate, maintain and support the Services;
- to generate Outputs, analytics and related functionality;
- to improve, develop, optimise, maintain and secure the Services and related technologies;
- to develop, improve and evaluate AIM's analytics systems, artificial intelligence-enabled functionality and related technologies using Aggregated Data, Derived Data, anonymised or de-identified information and, where required by applicable law, identifiable User Content only where the relevant user or, in the case of a Minor, the Minor's parent or legal guardian, has provided any additional consent required for that purpose.;
- to create Aggregated Data, anonymised data, Derived Data, benchmarking information and operational insights; and
- to enforce these Terms and protect the security, integrity and operation of the Services.
- You acknowledge that the processing of User Content necessary to provide the Services, including generating Outputs, analytics, coaching insights and related functionality, forms part of the Services you request under these Terms. Any use of identifiable User Content for the purpose of developing or improving future versions of AIM's artificial intelligence-enabled functionality beyond what is necessary to provide the Services will only be carried out where permitted by applicable law and, where required, subject to any additional consent obtained from you or, in the case of a Minor, the Minor's parent or legal guardian. Nothing in this paragraph limits AIM's ability to use Aggregated Data, Derived Data or anonymised or de-identified information for research, analytics, security, operational, benchmarking or service improvement purposes where permitted by applicable law.
- You acknowledge and agree that the Services may analyse User Content using automated technologies, machine learning, artificial intelligence-enabled systems, computer vision systems, statistical models and related technologies in order to generate Outputs and provide related functionality.
- You represent and warrant that:
- you own or control all necessary rights in the User Content you upload or share through the Services;
- you have obtained all permissions, approvals and consents necessary to upload and use such User Content through the Services, including from any individuals appearing in videos, images or recordings where required;
- your User Content and use of the Services do not infringe the rights of any third party or breach applicable law; and
- any User Content relating to a Minor has been uploaded and used with all necessary parental, guardian or organisational permissions and safeguarding approvals where applicable.
- You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of uploading, sharing or making it available through the Services.
- AIM does not claim ownership of your User Content in its original form. However, AIM and its licensors retain ownership of:
- the Services and Platform IP;
- Outputs;
- Derived Data;
- Aggregated Data;
- anonymised or de-identified data generated through operation of the Services;
- analytics, benchmarking, telemetry and operational insights; and
- improvements, modifications and developments relating to the Services and related technologies.
- You acknowledge that:
- Outputs may be generated through automated or AI-enabled processes;
- Outputs may not be unique;
- similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users; and
- AIM may continue improving, training, developing and refining its systems, models and related technologies over time.
- Where User Content is shared through Academy, group, leaderboard, coaching or organisational features, certain User Content, Outputs, analytics or related information may be visible to authorised coaches, administrators, parents, guardians, Academy representatives or other permitted users depending on the relevant settings and functionality of the Services.
- AIM may, but is not obliged to, review, monitor, remove, restrict or disable access to User Content where AIM reasonably believes that such User Content:
- breaches these Terms or the Community Guidelines;
- infringes third-party rights;
- creates safeguarding, security or legal concerns;
- is unlawful, harmful, abusive or inappropriate; or
- may expose AIM, users or third parties to operational, regulatory, reputational or legal risk.
- You acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and that User Content uploaded to or shared through the Services may be accessed, copied or redistributed by other users where functionality permits such sharing.
- If you choose to share User Content or Outputs outside the Services, including through social media platforms or third-party services, you do so at your own risk and AIM is not responsible for how such content is used by third parties once shared outside the Services.
- Group Features, Team Features and Leaderboards
- The Services may include optional features that allow users to create, join or participate in groups, teams, communities, coaching programmes, Academy environments, leaderboards, competitions, scouting programmes and other collaborative or competitive features.
- If you choose to participate in these features, certain information may be visible to other authorised users, coaches, Academy administrators, team managers, scouts or participating organisations depending on the functionality, settings and permissions associated with the relevant feature.
- This information may include:
- profile information;
- age or age category;
- User Content;
- training information;
- performance statistics;
- Outputs;
- rankings;
- achievements; and
- other information relevant to the feature.
- Users are responsible for reviewing and managing any visibility settings made available through the Services.
- Where a user is a Minor, participation in certain group, leaderboard, competition or scouting features may be subject to parental consent, Academy permissions or additional safeguards implemented by AIM.
- Users who create, manage or administer groups, teams or Academy environments must use any administrative tools responsibly and only for legitimate football, coaching, training, development, scouting or organisational purposes.
- AIM does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of rankings, leaderboards, statistics, Outputs or other performance information made available through these features and such information should not be relied upon as the sole basis for coaching, scouting, recruitment, selection or other significant decisions.
- Participation in any group, leaderboard, competition, scouting or talent discovery feature does not guarantee selection, recruitment, trials, scholarships, contracts or other opportunities.
- Scouting and Talent Discovery
- The Services may include optional features that allow users to create player profiles, share training information, publish Outputs, participate in talent discovery programmes, or make certain information available to academies, clubs, coaches, scouts or other authorised organisations.
- Where such functionality is made available, users may choose to make certain information visible to participating organisations in accordance with the settings and options provided through the Services.
- Users are responsible for reviewing and managing any visibility settings associated with scouting or talent discovery features.
- Where a user is a Minor, any scouting-related functionality may be subject to parental consent, Academy permissions or additional safeguards implemented by AIM.
- AIM does not guarantee scouting opportunities, trials, recruitment outcomes, scholarships, contracts or selection by any academy, club, scout or organisation.
- Community Standards and Acceptable Use
- You must use the Services responsibly, lawfully and in a respectful manner.
- You must not use the Services in any manner that:
- breaches these Terms, the Community Guidelines or applicable law;
- infringes the rights of another person;
- is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or harmful;
- threatens the safety, wellbeing or safeguarding of any individual, including any Minor; or
- interferes with the operation, integrity or security of the Services.
- You must not upload, share, submit, transmit or otherwise make available any User Content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, hateful or obscene;
- promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activity or dangerous conduct;
- contains sexually explicit or exploitative material;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party;
- contains malware, Viruses, malicious code or harmful technology;
- contains personal data or images of another person without appropriate permission where required;
- is inappropriate for a football, coaching or youth-focused environment; or
- breaches safeguarding obligations or child-protection requirements.
- You must not:
- use the Services to harass, bully, intimidate or exploit another user;
- engage in cheating, manipulation, falsification of performance data or misuse of competitive or leaderboard features;
- use the Services for spam, unauthorised advertising or unsolicited promotional activity;
- misuse reporting, moderation or complaint mechanisms;
- attempt to interfere with another user’s enjoyment or use of the Services; or
- encourage or assist another person to breach these Terms.
- Where the Services include messaging, group, community, leaderboard, coaching or interactive features, you are responsible for your interactions with other users and for ensuring that your conduct remains appropriate and respectful.
- AIM may investigate suspected breaches of these Terms or the Community Guidelines and may:
- remove or restrict User Content;
- suspend or restrict access to certain functionality;
- issue warnings;
- suspend or terminate Accounts; or
- report unlawful activity to relevant authorities,
where AIM reasonably believes it is necessary for safeguarding, security, legal, operational or compliance purposes.
- AIM may, but is not obliged to, monitor activity, User Content and interactions on the Services for moderation, safeguarding, fraud prevention, security, operational or compliance purposes in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
- Users are encouraged to report inappropriate behaviour, safeguarding concerns, unlawful content or suspected breaches of these Terms through the reporting tools available within the Services or by contacting AIM support.
- AIM does not endorse User Content or user conduct and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users or third parties except where required under applicable law.
- Health, Safety and Training Disclaimer
- You acknowledge that participation in football training, exercise, drills, matches and related physical activities involves inherent physical risks, including the risk of injury, illness, permanent disability or death.
- You are solely responsible for determining whether you, or any Minor under your supervision or responsibility, are physically fit and medically able to participate in activities connected with the Services.
- The Services, Outputs, analytics, recommendations, performance insights and related functionality are provided for informational, analytical and assistive purposes only and do not constitute:
- medical advice;
- healthcare advice;
- physiotherapy advice;
- safeguarding advice;
- professional coaching advice; or
- any guarantee of sporting, athletic or developmental outcomes.
- You should obtain appropriate professional, medical, coaching or safeguarding advice before relying on the Services or participating in any training, drills or exercises where appropriate.
- You acknowledge that:
- Outputs and analytics generated through the Services may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for particular users or situations;
- the Services may not take account of individual medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, fitness levels or safeguarding considerations; and
- all decisions relating to training, participation, supervision, safeguarding, player welfare and physical activity remain solely your responsibility or the responsibility of the relevant parent, guardian, coach, Academy or supervising adult.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any activities carried out in connection with the Services are undertaken:
- in a safe and suitable environment;
- using appropriate equipment;
- under appropriate supervision where required; and
- in accordance with applicable laws, safeguarding requirements and health and safety guidance.
- AIM does not supervise or control real-world activities, coaching sessions, drills, matches, training environments or physical conduct carried out by users, coaches, Academies or other third parties.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIM is not responsible for:
- injuries, accidents, physical harm or property damage arising from activities connected with the Services;
- decisions made in reliance on Outputs or analytics generated through the Services;
- misuse of the Services by users, coaches, Academies or third parties; or
- unsafe training environments, inadequate supervision or failure to follow appropriate health, medical or safeguarding guidance.
- If you experience pain, dizziness, illness, injury or any other adverse physical symptoms while participating in activities connected with the Services, you should stop the activity immediately and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.
- Subscriptions, Payments and Billing
- Certain features or functionality of the Services may require payment of Subscription fees or other charges.
- Subscriptions may be offered on a recurring, fixed-term, promotional, trial, usage-based or other basis as described at the time of purchase or activation.
- Where you purchase a Subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or another third-party platform, your purchase, billing and payment relationship may be governed by that platform’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
- By purchasing a Subscription, you authorise AIM or the relevant app store or payment provider to charge the applicable fees, taxes and charges using your selected payment method in accordance with the pricing and billing terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
- You are responsible for:
- providing accurate and valid payment information;
- maintaining up-to-date payment details; and
- paying all applicable fees, taxes and charges associated with your use of the Services.
- AIM may:
- introduce, modify or remove Subscription plans, features, functionality or pricing structures from time to time;
- offer promotional pricing, trials or discounts subject to separate conditions;
- restrict certain functionality to specific Subscription tiers; or
- suspend or restrict access to paid functionality where payment is overdue or unsuccessful.
- Where required by applicable law, AIM will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes before they take effect for existing recurring Subscriptions.
- You may cancel your Subscription at any time through:
- your account settings;
- the relevant app store account settings; or
- any other cancellation method made available through the Services.
- Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable;
- partial Subscription periods will not be refunded; and
- cancelling a Subscription will not affect your access to paid functionality until the end of the current billing period.
- Deleting the App or deleting your Account does not automatically cancel an active Subscription billed through an app store or third-party platform. You remain responsible for cancelling recurring payments through the applicable billing platform where required.
- AIM may suspend, restrict or terminate access to paid functionality where:
- payment cannot be processed;
- chargebacks or payment disputes are initiated;
- fraudulent or unauthorised payment activity is suspected; or
- you breach these Terms.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or cancellation rights that may apply under applicable law.
- Privacy, Personal Data and Device Permissions
- AIM processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Services in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws.
- By using the Services, you acknowledge that AIM may collect, use, store, process and share personal data as described in the Privacy Notice, including in connection with:
- account creation and management;
- parental consent and safeguarding processes;
- operation and security of the Services;
- analytics, performance insights and Outputs;
- customer support and communications;
- fraud prevention and compliance activities; and
- development, improvement and optimisation of the Services and related technologies.
- The Services may request access to certain device permissions or functionality, including:
- camera access;
- microphone access;
- photo or media libraries;
- notifications;
- contacts;
- device storage;
- location information; or
- motion, activity or sensor data,
where required for the operation or functionality of particular features of the Services.
- You may manage certain permissions through your device settings. However, restricting or disabling permissions may affect the availability or functionality of parts of the Services.

- Certain features of the Services may involve the processing of User Content, videos, images, performance information, behavioural information, device information or related data using automated systems, artificial intelligence-enabled functionality or machine-learning technologies in order to generate Outputs and provide related functionality.
- Where User Content or personal data is shared through Academy, coaching, group, leaderboard or organisational functionality, certain information may be visible to authorised coaches, Academy administrators, parents, guardians or supervising organisations depending on the relevant settings and functionality of the Services.
- AIM may use third-party service providers, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, communications providers and related technology providers in connection with the operation of the Services.
- Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence in accordance with the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data, images, recordings or information you upload, share or make available through the Services may lawfully be used in connection with the Services and that all necessary permissions, notices and consents have been obtained.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable data protection or privacy laws.
- Intellectual Property Rights
- All rights, title and interest in and to the Services and Platform IP, including all software, applications, interfaces, technology, analytics systems, artificial intelligence-enabled functionality, models, algorithms, Outputs, designs, text, graphics, branding, logos, content, documentation and related intellectual property rights, are owned and operated by AIM or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property, copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
- Except for the limited licence expressly granted under these Terms, nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or other rights in or to the Services, Platform IP or any AIM intellectual property.
- You acknowledge and agree that AIM may generate, create, derive or develop:
- Outputs;
- Derived Data;
- Aggregated Data;
- anonymised or de-identified data;
- analytics, benchmarking and operational insights; and
- improvements, modifications and enhancements relating to the Services and related technologies,
through operation and use of the Services.
- AIM and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to such Outputs, Derived Data, Aggregated Data, anonymised data, analytics, benchmarking information and related developments, subject to applicable law and the rights expressly granted to users under these Terms.
- Nothing in these Terms restricts AIM from:
- developing, improving, modifying or commercialising the Services or related technologies;
- developing functionality, analytics systems, artificial intelligence-enabled systems or machine-learning technologies similar to or competitive with functionality used in the Services;
- using Aggregated Data, anonymised data, operational insights or benchmarking information for analytics, operational, research, development, security or commercial purposes; or
- using general knowledge, skills, experience, methodologies or techniques developed or acquired in connection with operation of the Services.
- If you provide AIM with suggestions, ideas, recommendations, comments or feedback relating to the Services or related technologies, you grant AIM a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, commercialise and otherwise use such feedback without restriction or compensation.
- You must not use AIM’s trademarks, branding, logos, trade names or other proprietary materials without AIM’s prior written permission except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
- Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of User Content to AIM except for the licence rights expressly granted under these Terms.
- Suspension, Restrictions and Termination
- AIM may suspend, restrict, disable or terminate access to all or part of the Services, any Account, User Content or functionality where AIM reasonably believes it is necessary for:
- security, safeguarding or operational purposes;
- investigation or prevention of unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- compliance with applicable law, regulatory obligations or requests from authorities;
- protection of users, the Services or third parties;
- enforcement of these Terms or the Community Guidelines; or
- prevention of legal, regulatory, reputational or operational risk.
- AIM may take such action with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services or third parties.
- You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your Account through the functionality made available within the Services where applicable.
- Deleting your Account may result in the removal, deletion or anonymisation of certain User Content, account information, analytics or related data associated with your use of the Services, subject to:
- applicable law;
- safeguarding requirements;
- security, fraud prevention or operational requirements;
- backup and disaster recovery processes; or
- retention obligations described in the Privacy Notice.
- AIM may retain:
- Aggregated Data;
- anonymised or de-identified data;
- Outputs;
- operational analytics and benchmarking information;
- security and audit logs; and
- data required for legal, safeguarding, compliance, fraud prevention or operational purposes,
following suspension, deletion or termination of an Account in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Notice.
- If your Account is suspended or terminated:
- your right to access and use the affected Services or functionality will immediately cease to the extent specified by AIM;
- AIM may disable access credentials and remove or restrict access to User Content or data associated with the Account; and
- you must stop accessing or attempting to access the affected parts of the Services unless expressly authorised by AIM.
- AIM is not responsible for any loss of User Content, Outputs, data or functionality resulting from suspension, restriction or termination carried out in accordance with these Terms.
- Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to survive suspension, deletion or termination will continue in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, User Content licences, data rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute resolution.
- Disclaimers
- The Services, Outputs, analytics, artificial intelligence-enabled functionality, content and related features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- AIM does not guarantee that:
- the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
- the Services or Outputs will meet your individual requirements or expectations;
- Outputs, analytics or recommendations generated through the Services will be accurate, complete, reliable or suitable for any particular purpose; or
- the Services will always be compatible with your device, operating system, hardware or third-party software.
- You acknowledge that:
- Outputs may be generated through automated, statistical, artificial intelligence-enabled or machine-learning processes;
- Outputs may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, omissions or errors;
- Outputs may vary between users or over time;
- similar or identical Outputs may be generated for different users; and
- the Services may evolve, change or be updated over time.
- The Services are intended to support football coaching, training, player development, analysis and related activities only and do not replace professional coaching, safeguarding, medical, athletic or supervisory judgement.
- AIM does not guarantee any sporting, athletic, developmental, recruitment, scouting, coaching or performance outcomes arising from use of the Services.
- Any information, content, Outputs or materials made available through the Services are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
- The Services may include third-party content, integrations, links or services. AIM does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability or functionality outside AIM’s reasonable control.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, representations, conditions and other terms not expressly set out in these Terms are excluded, including any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment or uninterrupted use.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- Limitation of Liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIM shall not be liable for:
- indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive loss or damage;
- loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or reputation;
- loss, corruption or unavailability of data, User Content or Outputs;
- business interruption or loss of anticipated savings; or
- losses arising from decisions made in reliance on the Services, Outputs or analytics.
- AIM is not responsible for:
- the conduct, actions or omissions of users, coaches, Academies, parents, guardians or third parties;
- injuries, accidents, physical harm or property damage arising from activities connected with the Services;
- misuse of the Services by users or third parties;
- failures, interruptions or security issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, app stores, telecommunications providers or internet services outside AIM’s reasonable control; or
- loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate account security.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIM’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms shall not exceed:
- where you have paid Subscription fees to AIM during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, the total amount paid by you to AIM during that period; or
- where you have not paid AIM any Subscription fees, €100.
- You acknowledge that:
- the Services are intended for consumer and recreational use;
- you remain solely responsible for decisions relating to training, safeguarding, supervision, participation and physical activities connected with the Services; and
- you use the Services at your own risk to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country of residence.
- Changes to the Services and Terms
- AIM may update, modify, improve, suspend, remove or discontinue any part of the Services, functionality, features, content or Outputs from time to time for operational, security, technical, legal, regulatory, commercial or development purposes.
- AIM may also update these Terms, the Privacy Notice, the Cookie Policy, the Community Guidelines or other related policies from time to time.
- Where AIM makes material changes to these Terms or to the Services which materially affect your rights or use of the Services, AIM will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through:
- the Services;
- email;
- push notifications; or
- other reasonable communication methods.
- Changes will take effect from the date specified in the relevant notice unless otherwise required by applicable law.

- You acknowledge that failure to install updates or maintain compatible devices, operating systems or software may affect the availability or functionality of the Services.
- Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus.
- If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
- You and AIM agree that the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, except where mandatory consumer laws provide that disputes may be brought in the courts of your country of residence.
- Before commencing formal legal proceedings, you and AIM agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally by contacting the other party and attempting to reach a reasonable resolution.
- Nothing in these Terms prevents AIM from seeking injunctive, interim or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where reasonably necessary to protect:
- the Services;
- intellectual property rights;
- confidential information;
- safeguarding interests;
- security interests; or
- users or third parties.

- Apple App Store and Google Play Terms
- If you download or access the Services through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or another third-party platform, you acknowledge that:
- these Terms are concluded between you and AIM, and not with the relevant app store provider;
- the relevant app store provider is not responsible for the Services or their content;
- your use of the Services must comply with the applicable terms and policies of the relevant app store provider; and
- the app store provider may enforce certain rights relating to the Services as a third-party beneficiary of these Terms where applicable.
- AIM, and not the app store provider, is responsible for:
- the Services;
- support and maintenance relating to the Services;
- addressing claims relating to the Services; and
- handling complaints, questions or issues relating to the Services,
to the extent required under applicable law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, app store providers shall have no warranty obligations or liability relating to the Services.
- You represent and warrant that:
- you are not located in a country subject to embargoes or trade restrictions which prohibit use of the Services under applicable law; and
- you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties where such restrictions would prohibit your use of the Services.
- The Services may automatically download and install updates, upgrades, patches or modifications from time to time in accordance with your device settings, app store settings and these Terms.
- General
- AIM shall not be responsible for any delay, interruption or failure to perform obligations under these Terms where caused by events outside AIM’s reasonable control, including failures of telecommunications networks, internet services, cloud infrastructure, hosting providers, cyberattacks, labour disputes, governmental actions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics or other force majeure events.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Any failure or delay by AIM in exercising or enforcing any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
- You may not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without AIM’s prior written consent.
- AIM may assign, transfer, subcontract or otherwise delegate its rights or obligations under these Terms:
